Description
The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the 2026 LMIG Resurfacing Project, which includes the full depth reclamation and associated work of Mount Shady Church Road from Quick Road to GA HWY 57 for 2.87 miles. The project requires a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond, and the successful bidder must obtain a business license in Georgia, be fully insured, and be a Licensed Contractor in the State of Georgia. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed.
• The project includes full depth reclamation and associated work of Mount Shady Church Road.
• The project requires a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
• The successful bidder must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance, commercial automobile liability insurance, and statutory worker’s compensation insurance.
• The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed.
