Rebid - Herbicide Trucks - DOTD

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the purchase of Herbicide Trucks for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). The trucks should have a 1,000 gallon spray system and be equal to or better than a Ford F600. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The bid price should include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination. • The bid should include all applicable taxes and fees. • The bid should be submitted online via the LaGov vendor portal or in a sealed envelope with the bid number and opening date displayed on the outside. • The bidder must certify that they have not discriminated against any subcontractor or supplier based on their status as a firearm entity or firearm trade association. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. • The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or for cause. • The bidder must submit a completed Attachment A and Attachment B with their bid response. • The bidder must submit descriptive literature with their bid.
