J--Thermo ICAP PRO XP DUO Preventive Maintenance

The US Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-priced Purchase Order to Thermo Electron North America for its Unity Lab Services Essential Preventive Maintenance Plan.
