Description
The Department of Human Services, Ebensburg Center is seeking a contractor to provide Miscellaneous Frozen Dietary Requirements for consumers located at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY, Ebensburg, PA 15931 for the months of October, November, and December 2026. The contractor must provide various frozen food items, including French toast, pancakes, waffles, eggs, and other dietary requirements. The contractor must bid only the acceptable brands listed on the specification sheet and meet the specifications, pack sizes, and codes of the acceptable brands. Deliveries must be made in accordance with facility storage space allotments and may be adjusted at the request of the dietary director.
• The contractor must provide frozen food items that meet the specifications and pack sizes listed on the specification sheet.
• The contractor must deliver the frozen food items to the Ebensburg Center in accordance with the delivery schedule.
• The contractor must provide a total bid amount for all the frozen food items listed on the specification sheet.
• The contractor must be registered on the PA Supplier Portal to submit an online bid.
• The contractor must monitor the DGS eMarketplace website for any change notices to this IFB.
