Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing a privately owned property located at 12837 Wade. The property has a floor area of 732 square feet and a parcel square footage of 3,833. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The vendor will be subject to the terms and conditions of their pre-qualification and the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025".
• The property is a single-unit residence built in 1940.
• The vendor must verify the information provided and visit the site to understand the current conditions that may affect the bid price.
• The vendor must be subject to the "Scope of Services for the Demolition of Blighted Residential Structures" dated on or after May 26th, 2025.
• The vendor must commence demolition within the timeframe stipulated in the applicable Scope of Services.
