Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research for a prototype of a modern, model‑based, data‑centric Scientific and Technical Intelligence (SandTI) environment. The effort is being pursued under the Prototype Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and is issued as a Sources‑Sought/RFI, not a formal solicitation. Interested firms must demonstrate an active Top‑Secret Facility Clearance (TS/SCI) and have TS/SCI‑cleared personnel (e.g., computer scientists, EA analysts, EW engineers) capable of working both in contractor SCIFs and on‑site at Wright‑Patterson AFB, Ohio. Responses are to be submitted by email no later than October 9, 2026, 3:00 PM ET. The Government will review all responses for capability and interest; no award commitment is made at this stage.
