Wilcox County Jail Complex/Sheriff Office Design Professional Services RFP

The Wilcox County Board of Commissioners is seeking a design professional to provide services for the development of the new Wilcox County Jail Complex and Sheriff's Office. The project includes the design, bid, and construction of a 30-bed jail complex, a booking and sally port area, a kitchen and laundry area, and a new sheriff's office for administrative use. The project will be constructed using the construction manager at-risk (CM/GC) delivery method. The preliminary stated construction cost limitation is estimated to be between $4,500,000 and $7,500,000.
