PMA-263 FMS Follow-On Services IDIQ

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is anticipating awarding a sole source, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Insitu, Inc. for PMA-263 FMS Follow-On Services. The services to be procured include training, Field Service Representative (FSR) services, travel, basic life support services, field integration services, and program management in support of PMA-263 International Partners. The contract is expected to be a combination of Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable for the UAS services. • The contract will facilitate orders for Insitu RQ-21A Blackjack, Integrator, and ScanEagle UAS sustainment services. • The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period. • Insitu, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UAS, and is the only available source known to possess the technical data, unique logistics support experience, sufficient knowledge, and familiarity with the design and related specifications of the RQ-21A, ScanEagle, and Integrator UAS.
