Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide a single pickup truck on a six‑month rental basis. The vehicle must be a 2022‑or‑newer model with a 6.8 L gas engine, extended cab, automatic transmission, 4‑wheel drive, a minimum GVWR of 11,940 lb, a trailer‑tow package and a 6.5‑ft cargo bed. All mileage, delivery to and pickup from the Motor Vehicle Maintenance facility (4150 E 49th St., Cleveland) and related costs must be included in the monthly rental rate. The total contract ceiling is $15,000 and no price increases are permitted after award. Bids (≤ $50 K) may be submitted electronically or by sealed envelope, and must include required disclosures and the terms & conditions.
