ANNUAL ASTM ONLINE

The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a quotation for an annual ASTM online subscription. The subscription should include access to ASTM International Standards, training, modules, and video content. The contractor shall provide web access that is compatible with existing Navy computer assets. The period of performance shall be from August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2027. • The contractor shall supply ASTM Custom Compass Collection, including active standards and test methods, updates, and historical standards. • The contractor shall provide color-coded highlighting for comparing revisions and the ability to annotate within documents. • The contractor shall integrate Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division practices and procedures into the standards. • The contractor shall provide unlimited generic password access. • The contractor shall deliver the subscription through ASTM Compass.
