2026 LRA, 2027 LMIG, & T-SPLOST Paving Project

The City of Hawkinsville is seeking bids for the 2026 LRA, 2027 LMIG, & T-SPLOST Paving Project, which involves resurfacing portions of various streets in the city. The project includes asphalt patching, leveling, and resurfacing, as well as adjusting manholes and water valves to grade. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 120 days of the notice to proceed. • The project includes resurfacing portions of Sandy Springs Circle, Hamilton Way, Rawls Street, S. Wood Street, Tina Drive, Pine Lane, Texas Alley, Browncroft Street, Powers Drive, and Branch Street. • The project requires the bidder to be prequalified on the GDOT approved contractors list. • The bidder must provide an E-Verify affidavit and a W-9 form. • The project has a liquidated damages clause of $110 per calendar day for each day the work is not completed after the specified completion date.
