The City of Salina is seeking a vendor to supply one new 2026 Fairway fairway mower (or latest model) for its municipal golf course, with optional trade‑in credit for an existing 2012 Toro Reelmaster. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will include delivery, standard manufacturer warranty, and required documentation. Delivery is FOB destination to the golf course, and the city is exempt from sales tax. No bid security is required, and all bids must be submitted in sealed hard‑copy form by the deadline.
• Provide a new 2026 (or later) Fairway mower meeting detailed technical specs (24 HP diesel engine, 22‑in. reel, 7 mph forward speed, etc.).
• Include manufacturer’s warranty, digital manuals, and all required accessories; delivery must be FOB destination to the municipal golf course.
• Optionally quote a lump‑sum trade‑in credit for the city’s 2012 Toro Reelmaster 5510 (not deducted from base price).
• Bids are sealed, hand‑delivered or mailed only; no electronic submissions; deadline April 9 2026, 10:00 a.m. CST.
