Centrifuge and Research Altitude Chambers

The 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is seeking information from qualified entities capable of operating a state-of-the-art facility that houses the Centrifuge and Research Altitude Chambers (C/RAC). The contractor will provide operational support for the centrifuge and research altitude chambers, including maintenance, research assistance, and training. The contractor will also provide technical expertise to the Cockpit Equipment Integration Lab (CEIL) and the Field Of View Evaluation Apparatus (FOVEA). • The contractor must have experience with the type of work outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • The contractor must have the capability to provide personnel with the requisite security clearances • The contractor must have a broad base of scientific, engineering, and technical expertise to support daily operations of the centrifuge and research altitude chambers • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan and time frame to acquire necessary personnel and skill sets if they are not currently available • The contractor must be able to provide seamless support services as identified in the PWS
