Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Egeler Reception and Guidance Center dining hall upgrades in Jackson, Michigan. The project includes multiple phases, from study to construction administration. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
