Clear Dx Instrument

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Clear Labs Dx automated liquid handler and sequencer. The purpose of this equipment is to amplify and sequence genetic samples, process them, and produce output sequencing files that will be used for analysis to identify strains and variants that affect public health. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The successful bidder will be required to provide the goods and services described in the IFB, including the Clear Dx Instrument, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The IFB includes specifications for the Clear Dx Instrument, including the requirement for a brand name, make, and model number. • The IFB includes a pricing sheet and requirements for pricing and payment. • The IFB includes requirements for subcontracting and the use of historically underutilized businesses (HUBs). • The IFB includes requirements for performance monitoring and reporting. • The IFB includes requirements for contract administration and purchase order administration.
