Electrical Services Bid

The City of Florissant is seeking bids from qualified, licensed electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical repair, maintenance, project, and emergency services for City-owned facilities and infrastructure. The scope of work includes electrical troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, emergency electrical services, minor electrical projects and upgrades, installation, repair, and maintenance of interior and exterior lighting, and pole work. The contractor must be properly licensed and insured, have experience with municipal or commercial electrical work, and demonstrate experience with pole work and outdoor lighting. The contract will run for a one-year period with the option to renew for two one-year periods. • The contractor shall provide normal electrical services, including but not limited to: electrical troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, emergency electrical services, minor electrical projects and upgrades, installation, repair, and maintenance of interior and exterior lighting, and pole work. • The contractor must comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations. • The contractor must have the ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner. • The contractor must provide a guaranteed response time for emergency and non-emergency calls.
