Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the purchase and installation of batting cages at Lenora Park. The project includes the installation of two 65' long x 14' wide x 12' tall batting cages and four 45' long x 14' wide x 12' tall batting cages. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing the batting cage systems, including netting, framing, and protective padding. The project must be completed by December 1, 2025.
• The contractor must provide evidence of insurance for at least the coverage and amounts set forth in the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of three references demonstrating successful completion of projects of similar size and scope.
• The contractor must submit a bid that includes all charges associated with installation, including travel.
• The contractor must agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County, its commissioners, officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, costs, penalties, liabilities, losses, and expenses.
