Description
The San Francisco Community College District is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roofs on the Horticulture Main and Annex buildings at its Ocean Campus. The work includes demolition of existing roof assemblies, installation of new asphalt shingle and/or cold‑applied modified‑bitumen roofing systems, flashing, skylights, sealants, and associated painting/coating, all in compliance with California building, fire, environmental, and safety codes. The contract is fixed‑price, with a 180‑day performance period and liquidated damages of $500 per day for delays.
