Description
The County of Siskiyou seeks a qualified contractor to facilitate, coordinate, and document a multi‑agency forensic behavioral‑health collaboration. The contractor will run a series of kickoff and progress workshops, develop a SharePoint‑based collaborative repository, and produce workflow and flow‑chart documentation that align with California Proposition 36 grant requirements. The effort spans roughly 21 months and must be completed by early 2028.
• Facilitate five workshops (kick‑off, three progress, retrospective) for 6‑9 stakeholder groups (probation, public defender, jail, etc.).
• Build and maintain a SharePoint collaborative repository and produce a detailed collaborative guide with workflow diagrams.
• Provide all deliverables per the schedule in Attachment B and comply with 42 CFR, Proposition 36, and County reporting requirements.
