Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide two x-ray machines and maintenance services for the MWJRCF Main Entrance and West Gate areas. The contractor shall deliver, install, inspect, and provide applicable training to staff. The x-ray machines must meet specific salient characteristics, including compliance with USFDA standards and a minimum of 256 GB SSD storage capacity. The contractor shall also provide maintenance and repair services, including replacement parts, and conduct annual technical inspections.
• The contract period is from 15 Jun 2026 to 14 Jun 2027, with options to extend for up to 4 additional years.
• The contractor shall provide 24/7 technical support by phone or email and an on-site field service technician within 3 business days.
• The contractor shall adhere to the requirements and instructions in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.
