Description
The Robeson Community College is seeking bids for the construction of a new Career Technical Education Center. The project includes building a 27,385 square foot facility with 11,800 square feet of exterior lab space. The building will feature a flexible configuration to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and student engagement. The project also includes the installation of sustainable energy initiatives. The bid packages include various trades such as general trades, concrete, masonry, metals, and more.
• The project is expected to promote local industry partnerships and provide teaching opportunities for students.
• The construction manager, Metcon, Inc., is inviting prequalified 1st Tier Contractors to bid on the project.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 24, 2026, to address project-specific questions and bidding procedures.
