Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to replace the existing handrails across the Chicago Safe‑Sidewater/Construction Site Complex (CSSC). The work encompasses removal of existing handrail systems and installation of new barrier handrails throughout the site, with associated demolition, marine‑construction, and dredging activities across multiple Great Lakes and inland waterway locations. The contract must begin within 10 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed and be completed no later than 365 calendar days thereafter. Updated prevailing wage rates (IL 20260011) and federal labor requirements (minimum wage, paid sick leave) apply.
