The State of Alabama, via the Oil and Gas Board, is seeking a single, brand‑new, unopened DJI Zenmuse L3 LiDAR‑Gimbal‑Camera payload (including accessories) to be delivered to the Geological Survey of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The vendor must be an authorized DJI reseller under the same legal name as the bidder and must provide DJI authorization documentation within five business days if requested. Shipping costs must be included in the quoted price, and delivery must be made via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another commercial carrier (USPS prohibited). No installation, training, or additional services are required.
