Description
The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ) is seeking proposals for residential services for intensive level SMI youth. The solicitation is for a contract to provide these services, and the submission deadline is 11/25/2025 11:00 am (EST). A pre-proposal conference will be held on 10/28/2025 10:00am (EST) via virtual teams platform. The contract will be awarded on 12/29/2025.
• The contract can be terminated by the contractor at the end of the initial term or any renewal term with at least 120 days prior notice.
• The offeror must submit a signed copy of the form with their offer and agree to be bound by the terms of the solicitation.
• The offeror must acknowledge receipt of any amendment to the solicitation.
• The contract will be formed with the entity identified as the offeror, and the entity must be a single and distinct legal entity.
