Letter of Interest - Scranton Downtown Streetscapes Open Telecommunication Conduit Space

The City of Scranton is seeking a telecommunications company to utilize available conduit space for the downtown streetscapes projects. The selected company will be required to provide a statement of services, management summary, experience, personnel, and other information. The city will evaluate the responses based on completeness, responsiveness, professional qualifications, proposed work plan, and project fee. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible company whose response will be most advantageous to the city. • The city is looking for a company with at least 15 years of experience in performing the services listed under the scope of services. • The company must be duly registered with the applicable federal, state, or local oversight body(s) required to fulfill the scope of services. • The company must provide a certificate of insurance, a signed affirmative action, non-segregated facilities, non-collusion affidavits, and disclosure by current contractor. • The company must comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities.
