The County of Loudoun is seeking a qualified general contractor with historic preservation expertise to rehabilitate the exterior of the early‑1800s Valley Bank building in Leesburg. The work includes selective demolition, replacement of windows and doors, masonry restoration, storm‑water system upgrades, exterior finishes, roof coating, and ADA‑compliant improvements, all performed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Preservation.
