Description
The Kingman Academy of Learning seeks a qualified occupational‑therapy provider to deliver in‑person and/or online services for approximately 30 special‑education students across four school sites for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The contractor must hold a valid Arizona OT license, possess at least five years of pediatric experience, and supply all required documentation, including fingerprint clearances and insurance certificates. Services total roughly 55 hours per month, with responsibilities covering direct therapy, documentation, and coordination with school staff.
• Provide licensed OT services during school days at four Kingman schools (Primary, Intermediate, Middle, High).
• Deliver ~55 therapy hours each month from August 2026 through May 2027, plus required documentation and reporting.
• Submit detailed resumes, licensing proof, insurance certificates, and maintain communication with the Academy’s Director of Student Services.
