SHSU Carpentry Services

Sam Houston State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide "as needed" carpentry services to various university locations. The contract will begin on February 1, 2026, and end on August 31, 2027, with an option to renew annually for up to three additional years. The total cost of the contract shall not exceed $3,500,000. The services requested shall conform to the basic services detailed in the RFP. • The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and coordination required to complete the carpentry services. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, and manufacturer's instructions. • The contractor shall obtain any licenses or permits required for work under this RFP. • The university reserves the right to make one or more awards under this contract that will serve the best interests of the university.
