Description
The California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) seeks a single senior system engineer to provide end‑to‑end SaaS lifecycle services—including implementation, configuration, integration, support, optimization, and de‑commissioning—for platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jama, and Riskonnect. The contractor must hold a current IT CMAS schedule, demonstrate at least seven years of relevant SaaS experience, and be able to work on‑site five days a week at the West Sacramento headquarters. The award will be based on a combined technical and cost evaluation, with the lowest hourly rate receiving full cost points.
• Minimum qualifications: ≥ 7 years SaaS implementation, support, onboarding, and SDLC experience; current IT CMAS agreement.
• Scope of work: Five phases covering evaluation, deployment, operational management, optimization, and de‑commissioning of SaaS applications.
