REBID RFB PURCHASE OF TWO (2) CHEVROLET TAHOE

The New Hanover County is seeking bids for the purchase of two 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles. The vehicles must be police pursuit rated, have a black exterior color, 4-wheel drive, 20" steel wheels, and other specified features. The bid must include the price for the vehicles, and the bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make the award which will be in the best interest of the county. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFB-PURCHASE OF CHEVROLET TAHOE" and addressed to the Purchasing Supervisor. • The bid must include a completed bid form, a Minority & Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) form, an E-Verify form, and an Iran Divestment Act Certification form. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the federal E-Verify program and the North Carolina state laws regarding employment and business practices. • The bidder must provide a warranty for the vehicles and ensure that they are free from defects in material and workmanship.
