Request for Qualifications for Architect-Engineering Services for Station #26

The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District is seeking qualified architect-engineering firms to provide full design services for a new single-story 6-bay District fire station. The project is approximately 22,800 square feet and will include a multi-purpose training room shared with other governmental agencies. The selected Consultant will be required to comply with design standards established by the District and ensure that the project meets applicable NFPA and Florida Building Codes, including energy conservation and hurricane-resistant construction.
