Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the lease of a modular office trailer for the Hazelhurst Project Office. The trailer must be 2021 or newer, professionally cleaned, and ready for office use. The lease period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The bid must include setup cost, lease per month, and tear-down cost. The award will be based on the lowest total bid meeting MDOT specifications and requirements.

* Completed proposal form
* Completed specifications form (Attachment C)
* Detailed literature to prove compliance with specifications
* Certification from the manufacturer that the modular office trailer meets or surpasses applicable federal regulations for health and safety
* EEV certification and agreement (Attachment D)
