Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide IBM DB2 licenses for EPICS and MSTARS. The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most favorable bid price or evaluated bid price to the State. The scope of work includes the provision of IBM DB2 licenses, and the contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer. The contract is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation, including the requirement for a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, limited to Certified Small Business (CSB) vendors.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract is for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 120 days after the set due date.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
• The contract is subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions specified in Attachment Y - Data Use Agreement.
