Intent to Single Source for Tencarva Pumps (ITT - Goulds, Allis-Chalmer)

The City of Tampa is seeking to single source with Tencarva Pumps for the provision of Goulds pumps and related services for the McKay Bay WTE Facility. The prospective bidder must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer who can quote the product and also provide warranty service, maintenance or repairs if and when requested for the quoted product provided to the City. The key requirements include: * Providing OEM parts and components for satisfactory repair of Goulds pumps * Maintaining insurance against claims that may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement * Complying with the City's insurance requirements, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, worker's compensation, and excess liability insurance * Providing a certificate of insurance and endorsements prior to commencing any work or services * Maintaining insurance coverage for at least 3 years after completion of the work or services
