Pitt CC Bruiser Boulevard Stone Parking Lot

The Pitt Community College is seeking bids for the construction of a 104-space parking lot on Bruiser Boulevard, adjacent to Warren Drive, on the Pitt Community College campus. The project includes the installation of 6-inch ABC stone, earth moving, concrete paving, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work. The project also includes landscaping and planting of trees, shrubs, and other vegetation.
