Description
The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) is seeking a contractor to provide parking management, operations, and maintenance services for the Kewalo Basin Harbor Diamond Head Parking Lot. The contractor will be responsible for managing the parking lot, collecting fees, and performing routine maintenance. The contract is for a period of 3 years, with two optional 1-year extensions. The contractor must have experience in parking management and maintenance, and must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel.
* Manage the parking lot and collect fees
* Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and repairs
