The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement to fund projects that support the objective of advancing child well-being, online protection, and positive youth development globally. The projects will be implemented in five countries, one from each of the following regions: Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean. The projects will ensure that children at high risk of child labor or recently withdrawn from child labor have access to high-quality education technology programs, connect youth to safe and market-relevant apprenticeship and skills training opportunities, develop and implement child-centered online safety protocols, and strengthen the capacity of national and local governments to prevent online exploitation and enforce child labor laws. The applicants must have a letter of support from their country's Office of the First Spouse or an appropriate designee.
