IDIQ Architectural, Planning, Engineering and Commissioning Services

Kennesaw State University is seeking the services of highly qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firms to plan, design, and administer one or more projects. The selected Consultant(s) will work through the KSU Department of Planning, Design and Construction to provide planning or design services, including estimating, scheduling, and construction administration. The Consultant(s) may be required to develop and deliver contract documents for various delivery methods. • The IDIQ contract will be for a one-year term with the possibility of a two-year renewal. • The Consultant(s) will be selected based on their qualifications and experience. • The scope of work includes planning, design, and administration of various projects. • The Consultant(s) may be required to work on a variety of projects, from feasibility studies to renovation/addition design. • The Consultant(s) will be required to provide contract documents for various delivery methods, including Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, and Direct Award.
