Description
Ionia County Road Department is seeking competitive bids for the supply of a wide range of plastic pipe products—including M‑292 Type S smooth‑interior polyethylene pipe (4‑60 in.), single‑wall corrugated pipe (4‑8 in.), catch‑basin lids (12 in. & 15 in.), and culvert tees (12‑18 in.)—to be used on county road projects. All items must meet current Michigan DOT specifications and be delivered FOB to Ionia County. The contract is a one‑year performance period (Oct 21 2026 – Oct 20 2027) with the option to extend up to five years. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Bid Express; no paper bids will be accepted.
• Materials: Polyethylene pipe, corrugated pipe, tees, and catch‑basin lids covering diameters from 4 in. to 60 in.
• Technical requirement: Must conform to MDOT standards and be delivered within 30 days of each order.
