HPAC Maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detach San Diego

The Navy is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide comprehensive HPAC (Heating, Power, Air‑Conditioning) maintenance for three Universal HighPack Model 55H75 compressors at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment in San Diego. The effort includes scheduled preventive maintenance at four hour‑interval milestones (500 hr, 1,200 hr, 3,000 hr, 6,000 hr) and any necessary unscheduled repairs, over‑and‑above work, and reporting via designated CDRLs. The contract is a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions, and the contractor must use factory‑certified technicians and OEM parts. • Perform preventive maintenance on three high‑pressure reciprocating compressors at four defined service intervals per unit. • Provide corrective and “over‑and‑above” repairs using OEM‑certified personnel and parts, with reporting through WAWF CDRLs. • Comply with Navy security (OPSEC), hazardous‑energy (Lockout/Tagout) and safety requirements, and submit required data deliverables promptly (within two working days of each service event).
