Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to supply one brand‑new, current‑model diesel tri‑axle dump truck with a 17‑foot dump body, complete documentation, and on‑site training. Delivery must occur within 90 days of award, and the truck must meet detailed engine, drivetrain, cab, and safety specifications, along with warranty coverage for major components. The bid package must include a total delivered cost, insurance certificates, and a statement of qualifications. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous, responsive and responsible bidder, with price as one factor among many.
• Provide a new, fully‑specified tri‑axle dump truck (engine ≥13 L, 500 hp, 1850 lb‑ft torque, Allison 4500RDS transmission).
• Include operations and service manuals, a parts list, and a qualified technician for on‑site training within one week of delivery (training cost bundled in bid).
