Lifecycle Sustainment and Technical Support for the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System-Personnel (MCTIS-P)

The Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System-Personnel (MCTIS-P) requires lifecycle sustainment and technical support. The contractor must provide services such as contractor logistics support, training event and exercise support, train-the-trainer support, engineering support, and post-deployment software support. The contract type will include Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Level-Of-Effort (LOE) and Term Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). The Period of Performance (POP) will include a 2-year base effort. Key requirements include: • Providing lifecycle sustainment and technical support for the MCTIS-P system • Demonstrating capability to manage and execute the requirements • Providing relevant and recent experience performing same or similar efforts • Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience requirements • Submitting a White Paper Capability statement with detailed content and responses to the SSN requirements
