Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The project includes carpentry and HVAC repairs, and must be completed within 25 working days. Bidders must be TERO certified to receive preference, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations. The project is subject to the Buy American provisions and requires insurance coverage, including worker's compensation and general liability.
