Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking bids for the 2026 Roofing Replacement and Repairs project. The project consists of separate sealed bids for three sites: Angell Elementary, Forsythe Middle school, and Scarlett Middle school. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through Building Connected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 16th, 2025, and on-site walk-throughs will be conducted at each school. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
