Request for Qualifications - Land Surveying Services

The City of Edinburg is seeking a rotation list of qualified licensed commercial and residential land and topographical surveying services. The selected surveyor(s) will be expected to perform services in accordance with the Scope of Services and the requirements of this solicitation. The services may include topographic, boundary, platting preliminary, and all other necessary land surveying tasks. The contract term will be two years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028. • The surveyor shall perform tasks such as boundary lines, legal descriptions, area calculations, and identification of landmarks, structures, and utilities. • The surveyor shall also provide topographical surveying services, including contours, spot elevations, and location of utilities and structures. • The City reserves the right to issue multiple awards under this solicitation and to reject any or all proposals. • The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as ability to meet schedules and deadlines, stability and references, previous experience with the City, presentation, and overall qualification of the team.
