Description
The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking information from vendors who can provide a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based compensation data platform. The platform must enable Department of War (DoW) Acquisition professionals to conduct extensive planning, market pricing, entry-level to executive compensation analysis, and geographic cost-of-living assessments without relying on disparate or disjointed data sources. The scope of work includes providing continuous, web-based access to a robust, bundled suite of tools designed specifically for compensation planning and analysis.
• The platform must include a detailed salary calculator allowing users to determine competitive salary levels and compare internal employee pay against market benchmarks.
• The platform must provide access to employer-reported compensation survey data, which must include comprehensive job descriptions, survey population sizes, and reliability statistics.
• The platform must feature a global salary calculator allowing users to instantly compare international salary data online to assess pay equity and maintain competitive pay positioning globally.
• The platform must have specific data and job matching capabilities for government and public sector positions, including federal pay plans.
• The platform must have a multitude of industries to ensure statistically significant benchmarking.
