Albany Capital Center Toilet Rooms Project

The Albany Convention Center Authority is seeking lump-sum bids from qualified firms to furnish all material, labor, and equipment necessary to construct and finish toilet rooms within the Albany Capital Center. The scope of work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for temporary protection of existing surfaces and occupied spaces, minor selective demolition, drywall surface repairs, painting of adjacent wall surfaces, and coordination with the facility operator. The project is to be completed during normal working hours, and the owner will consider work outside of normal working hours if requested by the contractor to complete by the deadline.
