IFB 132-26 On Call Construction Services

The City of Henderson is seeking bids for on-call construction services for the repair of water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and other related facilities. The project will involve coordination and construction of contacting utilities, obtaining permits, bypass pumping, planning, setting, and removal of barricades, cutting asphalt, excavation, trenching, dewatering, shoring, compacting backfill, surface restoration, and other related tasks. The initial period of the contract will be through June 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The annual budget for the project is $700,000. • The project will require the contractor to have a valid Class A or Class AB Nevada Contractor's License. • The contractor will be required to submit a bid bond, which will be paid under the terms outlined in the bid specifications. • The contractor will be required to provide a 1% subcontractor listing, if not already included in their bid. • The project will involve working with utilities, obtaining permits, and completing construction tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
