Description
The State of Alaska’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a new 1,100‑foot subdivision road at Whipple Creek, Ketchikan, to enable the development and sale of residential lots for the Mental Health Trust Authority. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and related services, comply with Ketchikan Gateway Borough road standards, and deliver the completed road by 15 April 2027.
