Sprat Hall Ready Building Renovations, St. Croix, USVI

The Department of Property and Procurement is seeking a contractor to perform renovations on the Sprat Hall Ready Building in St. Croix, USVI. The project includes cleaning, servicing, and recommissioning of central air conditioning units, ceiling tile installation, sheetrock surfacing installation, water pump service and recommissioning, deep cleaning of the building, and exterior door handle/lock removal and replacement. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, tools, and labor to complete the project. • The project requires the contractor to work Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except for recognized Federal holidays. • The contractor must provide a completely functional office at the end of the project. • The contractor is responsible for including all incidental items necessary to provide a complete and usable facility in accordance with the drawings and scope of work.
